XO

Lots of catching up to do on this blog of mine:
but thought I'd take a special post to sneak in some lovin'.....

And the real question is (which still stands undetermined in our house): which letter stands for the "kiss" and which letter stands for the "hug" in XO???

love these pictures!

okay, my theory is this:
the x must be the hug because I think of crossing your arms around someone's back when you hug them....
and the o must be for a kiss because you put your lips in a circle when you get ready to kiss someone;-)

it's probably silly, but that's my theory and I'm stickin' to it! ;-) hehe

So funny! I assumed *everyone* thought that the o is the hug and the x is the kiss! Apparently not so!!

Hmm, let's see - since your arms wrapped around the other person plus their arms wrapped around you make an o, and the x is for kisses because the x looks kinda like a pucker and because kissing sometimes makes an x-ish sound. (???)

I think I like the other explanations better, though. LOL.

I go with x is hug and o is kiss.

we say xoxo. hugs and kisses. :)
But I do remember being confused.

I like the calendar page for v-day. So comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
