Everything went so well...smoother

than the 1st...so smooth if the dr. had

arrived 4 minutes later, he wouldn't have

made it to the delivery!!!

And We're Off...

Well, Here We Go!!!

We've been going a little crazy around here.

But we're off to the hospital in about an hour.

Sometime today, the baby will be in our arms.

We are more than ready!

Harvest Party [10.8.06]

Sunday Afternoon at the Monchecci's: we were invited to an annual Harvest Party at a friends' house (through John's work). It was a great time with probably about 50 people there (most of whom we didn't know). They had a horse drawn wagon ride, a yard full of pumpkins to pick from and decorate, tons of food, a trampoline and a lot of play ground stuff. It was a BEAUTIFUL afternoon so we enjoyed just being out in the fresh air.

A FAMILY TRADITION [9.25.06]

THE BIG E: This event is anticipated in the Neiner home as soon as summer hints at its departure. It has been a part of the family's tradition since John was a boy when they first moved to MA and now we are able to pass it on to the next generation. The Big E ("E" for Exposition) has been around for over 80 years and is the largest fair in the northeast. There is so much to do & see. These pictures do little justice to a fun-filled, packed day but are through the eyes of a child (since they are all of Drew.) I also don't know how I got away with so little "food" pictures since we eat pretty much all day!!!

Baby Jack's Room

Here is my completed project of baby jack's bumper. (The crib is yet to be in this room because we have to disassemble first to fit it through the doorway) Notice also the finished product of our painting experiment(stripes!!) and some of the accessories that show the colors of the room.

JUST FOR THE RECORD...

I am still pregnant! I had my dr. appt. today and I am officially 37 1/2 weeks. Just wanted to update all of you checking in to see if anything exciting has happened yet!!! Will keep you informed!!!

OK...We are getting a little too close for comfort and still trying to nail down a middle name for this little guy. Please add any suggestions (does not necessarily mean it will be chosen, but will be at least considered!) :)

Middle Name: ???
